As part of the Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants (ISCA)’s initiatives to gear up the next generation leaders of the accountancy firms, in particular the Small and Medium Practices (SMPs), with practice management leadership capabilities, ISCA in collaboration with SAC has put in place a leadership programme named the Accountancy Future Leaders Programme (AFLP)since 2019.
The programme aims to gear up future Accountancy sector leaders with leadership capabilities, market insights and business growth strategies. The programme focusing on 3 key areas:
Business Strategy - i.e. expanding firm’s services and revenue stream.
People Strategy - i.e. implementing progressive HR practices to support business strategy, including talent attraction and retention.
Technology Strategy - i.e. leveraging technology to improve productivity and business growth.
This programme is supported by the Economic Development Board (EDB)
under its Training Grant for Industry (Leadership)
